SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 2 days of order, unless otherwise specified.

The parcel is tracked by the courier and tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail. 

If your parcel is missing please check the tracking and get in touch with the courier company in the first instance. If the courier company has attempted delivery/held the parcel as they were unable to deliver you need to contact them to locate your parcel. It is the customers responsibility to track the item and check for this information. 

We need to be notified if it is over a month and you still haven't received your parcel - to launch an investigation. The courier company will provide us with proof of delivery with photographs.

If parcels are delivered and you can't locate the parcel you need to contact us within 10 working days of the delivery date so we can assist and obtain proof of delivery to launch an investigation. If 10 working days have passed since delivery then we won't be able to assist. 

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple attempted delivery's - we cannot guarantee that the items can be redirected to you due to the popularity of items and will offer a store credit in this instance less the cost to have the item returned to us. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item to our warehouse for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

IMPORTANT:  All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. No exceptions will be made on items worn, trained in, washed, covered in hair, or with an odd smell. Original shipping & return charges will not be refunded. We will cover only shipping fees from our warehouse to you. Any return/reshipping fee for an order is the clients sole responsibility.

DISCLAIMER: All Exchanges, Refunds, and Store Credit are ultimately pending approval upon receipt and inspection of the returned gear. No exceptions will be made.

Any items purchased via pre-order and are not stocked after the pre-order period will not be able to be returned for any reason.
